- Deposits may be non-refundable once a date is reserved
- Cancellations made within a specified window of your due date or scheduled service may forfeit partial or full payment
- We will make every effort to provide a backup doula or alternative arrangement in the event of an unforeseen circumstance on our end

6. Intellectual Property
